Why not the opposite of the Gang Up bonus? -1 to hit per ally next to you. A Body Guard edge could increase that bonus (like the SPC Team Player Edge). The other archetypes confirm to that pattern too, all 4 hindrance points spent, with the exception of the Leader which appears to have 2 points to spend. Yes.

How does nets work ? Are they opposed roll of Agility that gives penalties ? I don't think there are any official rules on nets, but my take would be to assign a Strength Die to the net itself based on its construction and then have it function like a grapple attack. Given that most (all?) fatigue granting trappings have the PC make a separate Vigor roll at no penalty against a TN of 4, I don't think it's a hugely difficulty roll to pull off. Even at d4 with -1 that's 50/50 odds (if a wild card).

But this has nothing to do with tanks so I'll drop it there.

The benefit of a trick is that the -2 parry applies to everyone who attacks the person you tricked, not just you. So as Freemage suggests you can go on hold and then act after your target has had their turn so everyone else can make use of your bonus.

Being "frequently Shaken" means the enemy has to get a raise on the roll. That's no small feat when you consider you don't just need an 8 or better on your roll, but you also need to beat the defender by at least 4. That's not exactly the case. For a raise you need to get 4 above the Targ...

Full and half damage means roll the dice and then either divide the damage by 2 or don't, it does not mean do exactly 12 or 6 (for a 2d6 weapon). The +4 on Vigor is not a separate thing, it is part of their Vigor. So essentially it's a 16/2+2=10

First off, with a power limit of 20 growth can't be 21 PP unless your hero also has Best There Is. This means shaving something down, and if you want all those positive modifiers then you're dropping down to only Size +6. Wouldn't the power limit increase to 23 with Super Karma? Nah.
