I'm going! I'm running 5 sessions of Savage Worlds and 1 session that is "off the books" on Wednesday night for some friends.

League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: 1970s
It's the 1970s & it's up to the Southern Division of the League to save the day! Play a movie or television character from the era.

The Southern Division of the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen are set out on an urgent mission to deliver the powerful telekinetic Carrie White to a supernatural prison before she wakes up from her magical slumber. Devil worshipping Boss Hogg is set out to grab her from the League's convoy and deliver her to his master Satan as another weapon in his unholy army. Can the Southern Division of League of Extraordinary Gentlemen transport the girl in time or will the Devil win the day!

Very nice!

Sounds like a fun game...especially since i am a child of the '70's LOL

I am running games the same times (well in the same general slots) as your games except for the Saturday 7pm.

I will try and drop by and see how it looks. Maybe i can generic in if there is room, it is sold out currently of course : )

Second year in a row I'm running a Savaged City of Heroes game:

RPG1569094 -- Savaged City of Heroes: A Freak Like Me -- Thu @ 10:00 AM
RPG1569095 -- Savaged City of Heroes: A Freak Like Me -- Fri @ 10:00 AM

I tried to get into some Savage Worlds games, but didn't luck out. :/

Nice

..i am running non-SW games during those time slots, no chance to drop by and take a look...

I want to try and at least observe a few different SW games this Gen Con, even if i can't get into more than the 1 am signed up for...i have some generics already purchased just in case one of the games i get to drop in on has room : )

Just realized I'd be able to attend GenCon afterall (wasn't sure for a while), now frantically looking for SW games to get into.

Is Savage Saturday Night not a thing anymore? If not why? I loved it when it was a thing.

While i really do not have an urge to attend Gencon (tooooo many poeple), it does sadden me a touch that I will be so close and cannot check it out. I will be in Indy monday night through Wednesday this upcoming week on business. Unfortunately, I then have a business trip to Michigan Thursday/Friday.

Have fun, Savages!

So close amerigoV!...the crowds are amazing and large...i think the official number was 61,000 attendees this year, up from about 56,000 last year i think...i am not 100% sure of my numbers, but believe them to be close...

I was not able to stop by any of the other SW games as i hoped. I am not surprised, but i am slightly disappointed in missing the opportunity.

I did run a SW game Friday at noon and it was a blast, i believe the players had as much fun as i did..i played in a older version/homebrewed SW game Saturday at 1pm. I did not stay for the whole thing as i had already informed the GM i was going to the Pinnacle Seminar at 3pm. There were plenty of players to keep the game going, so even as i did feel bad for leaving early i know the game did not suffer for it.

The game was as different as it was interesting...the biggest departure i think was that there was hit points based on Vigor as opposed to wounds. I have never played or seen any earlier versions of SW (prior to Deluxe) so i do not know where the older version ends and the home brew starts.

The two seminars were very interesting. Lots of great and exciting announcements. One of the licensees mentioned they would be coming out with some material set in the 1920's Yea! Hoody Hoo!..and i of course did not write which company that was and have no idea who it was lol

I stopped by the Pinnacle Booth and that area in general, met the very Lovely Jodi, Charming Clint and the Artistic Genius Aaron...a good time..at least for me....they may not have had it so good having to answer my questions and listen to my babbling LOL

I hope those that attended had a great time and Pinnacle and the the other SW licensees had a successful show and those that could not attend have the chance next next year.

Cheers
