The games went great! Every seesion was very memorable. I had full groups in all games (6-7 players). I loved seeing how the different player's took their own spin on the characters. I ran 5 sessions of this at Gencon (3 were scheduled and 2 were side games with friends/acquaintances from past Gencons) Not to toot my own horn, but I had one player say that Gencon was just ok, until Sunday night when she played in this game! I even had a group of 6 players from a The Saving Throw Show on twitch that were so funny. It was great seeing them play off of each other...

Michael from the RPG Academy podcast also sat in on a session. He played a spot on Mikey, very curious kid, wanted to help save the of the best. Michael was a great guy too. He talks about his experiences in the game on this episode. Its around the 48 minute mark but its a great podcast so listen to the whole thing... ... ap-review/

Then on Labor Day weekend I was a Gaming Guest at Tacticon in Colorado and ran 3 more sessions. That was fantastic also! The first game I was worried we weren't going to be able to play because I only had 4 players but it was AWESOME, none-the-less. Everyone dived right into the roles of a Goonie or Ghostbuster. Chris "Savage Mommy" Fuchs from the Rocky Mountain Savages and the Savagecast Podcast recorded that session, he played in it.

Christopher "Savage Bull" Landauer played in another session with a huge group and recorded his session as well. That was a lot fun too. He did some hilarious stuff playing Sloth. lol Hopefully the recordings came out ok and they can be posted on their podcast. I loved the girl playing Louis Tully in this session, as she kept on having every NPC (and some of the Goonies) sign waivers for tax purposes and liability. Funny stuff!

All in all, I had a great time running this scenario. I find that if you give a player a BIG personality and memorable one at that (like a Goonie of Ghostbuster) they dive right into it and give their version of it, there is no time wasted into "getting into character" because they've seen the movie and know how to act. Which is very hilarious at times. I have a bunch of photos of the people that played and my setup on my Google Plus feed under one of my collections called Gencon2016

Here is my setup...

Thanks for asking!
