Low Light Vision (+1), Agility d6 (+2), Charisma +1 (+1), minor hindrance (-1).
Good, I can bump them to the +2 Charisma I wanted to put them at. In setting, even the bigots are often thrown off because elves are Too Pretty To Hate.

Dwarfs are actually hard to balance, since they don't have many drawbacks in the fluff. Even the racists will often overlook dwarfs. The willpower bump is not in the flavor text, just in the mechanics. Pretty sure it was added to make dwarfs into great physical adepts (and hermetic mages, oddly).
Trolls could have Reach +1, which is a neat ability, and I almost gave it. Natural armor of any kind is virtually pointless since it doesn't stack with body armor and almost everything has AP; at best it gives a troll boxer a boost during fist fights. I'd also considered another +1 Toughness, but didn't want to make Toughest Troll too nuts. In the end, speeding up Natural Healing seemed like a great way to represent a race that is healthy and tough without making them even more combat capable. If you'd rather have Reach, drop the Regeneration and reduce Inhibited Thought to a -1 penalty.

Hey! A short joke! :D
I think your builds are fine. I was just unsure of what each version offered so i threw up the few differences i noticed. Dwarfs are fine without the bump to Spirit. They have flavor text about "acting tough" but I personally dislike racial abilities that dictate role-playing.

Pointless, yes. Unless you really play up that trolls can't find anything useful in their size. Giving them +2 Armor and maybe a Background Edge for an additional +2 can go a long way if your campaign really leans into the physical drawbacks of playing a troll.
I'd be inclined to say trolls should have a sidebar with an alternate build, depending on how the GM wants to run them.

I'd heard rumblings about this conversion but I didn't realize it was so far along. Especially since I live in Chicago, I'm looking forward to listening to the Twitch tomorrow!
