Heh; I was actually planning on going in reverse--Legion spies sent to (or recruited in) Chi-Town.

Which means I'm already facing the task of coming up with a lot of material for a location that's mostly still a giant Mystery Box.

I made a pass at the Anti-Monster as a result of this thread. Not stupidly over powered, but really strong and an interesting alternative to the Combat Cyborg.
